Description

The workshop explores the relationship between emotions, creativity and artistic expression. Through experiential activities, participants are introduced to the exploration of feelings through body awareness, discussion, observation and creative processes.

Beginning with creative movement activities, participants engage with the theme of emotions through their own experiences and physical expression. The process continues through artistic exploration, where participants develop creative responses inspired by their feelings, ideas and observations. Through participation, collaboration and reflection, the workshop creates an inclusive environment where participants can express themselves, explore different perspectives and experience artistic practice as a means of communication and connection.

Participants will:

  • Recognise and explore different emotions through creative methods.
  • Develop awareness of their emotions and how they experience them.
  • Explore different ways of expressing emotions through artistic practice.
  • Develop creative ways of approaching and understanding emotional experiences.
